This past October, MRW’s very own Ellen Messing served as the chair for MCLE’s program, “Navigating Employment Law Ethics” with a focus on how to avoid ethical traps and pitfalls in your employment case.
As chair, Attorney Messing led the discussion as panelists examined the best ways to avoid ethical lapses while representing your employer and employee clients, the judgment calls you’ll need to make, the ethical principles that should guide you in making them, as well as what issues the courts and bar authorities consider in evaluating your conduct.
