James Weliky Makes Tenth Appearance as Faculty at Popular Legal Education Program
James S. Weliky recently served on the faculty of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) recent program, “Employment Law for Business Lawyers & In-House Counsel.” This annual program reviews employment law issues commonly faced by business attorneys and in-house counsel, including: preparing for and managing employment-related litigation, and reviewing offer letters, severance agreements, policies, warnings, non-competition agreements, and other employment-related documents. This year’s edition of the program was Mr. Weliky’s 10th as faculty, having previously served in 2002, 2004-2005, and 2007-2012.
