Ellen Messing Served as Panelist at Suffolk University Law School, “Building a 21st Century Labor Movement: Can Labor Law Keep Up?”
On November 21, 2022, the National Lawyers Guild at Suffolk University Law School invited MRW Partner Ellen J. Messing and others to serve on a panel entitled, “Building a 21st Century Labor Movement: Can Labor Law Keep Up?” The discussion focused on steps needed to enable workers to more efficiently organize and advocate for improved workplace environments and their economic security in the 21st century. Attendees learned about the current developments in labor law and proposed legislation, and connect with local, nationally recognized labor lawyers, union leaders and members of NLG.
