Dahlia Rudavsky and Clients Highlighted in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly recently reported on a prominent case filed by a group of registered nurses represented by Dahlia Rudavsky.  The nurses, formerly employed by Steward Carney Hospital, allege they were illegally terminated following a hospital-sponsored investigation which falsely suggested they were partially responsible for a series of abuses on patients.  The investigation’s results included a recommendation that the nurses be terminated, despite there being no factual basis or legally-permissible reason for doing so.  The nurses’ complaint makes claims against the hospital, former hospital President William Walczak, Proskauer Rose LLP (the law firm which conducted the investigation) and former Massachusetts Attorney General L. Scott Harshbarger (now a partner at Prokauer Rose, who served as lead investigator).  To read the article featured in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, click here.
